What do you do when you break-up with an ex? Book a spontaneous trip to Paris, of course. My logic may have seemed somewhat flawed... jet off to the most romantic city in the world, alone. But it turned out to be just what I needed. Here’s my top tips for things to see & do when travelling solo in Paris.
Bank holiday weekend called for a little trip up to the big smoke to catchup up with uni mates and my sister, and it was bloody lush. Hopping on the train up to Paddington on Saturday morning, Alex and I headed to Chinatown for a stroll before making our way to the ever-so-colourful Covent Garden where we scoffed THE most delicious pizza at HomeSlice, Neal's Yard.
Sunday was spent roaming around Shoreditch, absorbing all of the culture it had to offer. From the mouth-watering whiffs of Brick Lane's street food stalls, to an array of vintage gems, the hustle and bustle of the streets and the visually stunning graffiti that smothers the place, I was absolutely in my element as I got exploring.
